YouTube, PRS For Music and Sacem have come together with song project platform Auddly to help a Swedish songwriting camp execute its global ambitions.

Starting in 2015, the Stockholm Songwriting Camp has gathered some of the world’s top songwriters and producers for a three day writing session in a hotel in Stockholm.

Now, the Swedish songwriting initiative is launching similar camps in Paris in September and London in October.

The Songwriting Camps in Stockholm have resulted in several released songs, including “Awesome” by Nicole Cross. Many more are on hold and, say organizers, being actively recorded by major acts.
